SUGARLIPS DAY 4: VENETIAN LEATHERETTE

There's probably a million ways to wear this pussybow blouse with attention to the era that inspired it. But I've deliberately ignored all those possibilities in favor of a modern interpretation, with a military homage made evident by my double-breasted jacket.
