I've tried to avoid wearing berets and blazers lately since I think I've gotten too comfortable with them. They're starting to serve as a security blanket for me when I'm feeling lazy, and I'm all about challenging myself so I need to cut it out. That aside, this outfit is (typically) Parisian with a (not so typically) late 80s, early 90s influence. I know that French people don't actually wear stripes and berets and turtlenecks all the time, but at some point it really was a trend, and that's where the American idealized image of a Frenchman came from. J'adore.
FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
Beret - YES STYLE
Blazer - Armani
Turtleneck - YES STYLE
Skirt - YES STYLE
Loafers - Bamboo, SWAYCHIC
Bag - Mulberry look-alike
Wish I had more to say, but it's Spring break! And I'm literally spending the entire week in my bedroom sleeping. It's okay, I had a très productive Saturday and Sunday. So many fun new clothes to show ya! And new stock on the Fabulous Stains, too. I'm in a terrible mood right now, so I'm really proud of how enthusiastic I sound while typing... heh. I'll feel better as soon as somebody paypals me a fruit smoothie and the S Club 7 complete series on DVD.
Everything is infinite,
Bebe Zeva
love your red beret! sweet look-alike bag!

It's France meets Scotland meets Cher (as mentioned above) - personally I'd insist on Prince playing wherever I went. I saw S Club 7 live once. Super proud. x
