PETTI POLKA DOT

I rarely keep it simple and downright never wear polka-dots so I'm really out of my element in this outfit! Seems like something anyone would wear on a summer afternoon, and perhaps that's why it feels so foreign to me... it's just another picnic-in-the-park type o' get up. And at the same time, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that! I'd give anything to be settled down in the green grass with a basket full of cucumber sandwiches and sparkling lemonade right about now... slowly but surely I'm learning to feel contented while keepin' it sweet, subtle, simple, spotty.

It might not be pastel pink, but this dotty dress is so irresistibly cute... doesn't it make you want to ride a bike?? I even wore my cream petticoat skirt underneath to add new dimension to the ripples of the dress. Could never use too many layers in my book!
