TANGERINE HIPPIE

June literally feels best while wearing fringe. Okay, TOTAL lie, and now I've become one of those people who slaughters the word 'literally' in their attempt to emphasize how right they are. To be fair, June in Las Vegas feels like one of Dante's inferno hell circles -- extremely hot, dry, overpopulated with annoying people, and nothing to drink unless you have $8 to spend on an overpriced water bottle. That's like hell, right? You can pay your way out of torture? What I really meant by June feeling best in fringe is that a little bohemian flair goes a LONG way in the summer months. Do nothing and you're still a champion because loose threads are artfully hanging from your hemline. It feels complete... absent of limits, free, mystic. I've worn this paisley kimono at least a dozen times between Vegas, LA, and Orange County. Literally *proper use noted* 'between' all those cities -- loose-fitting fringe wear is my road trip uniform so I'm always down to throw a kimono over my shoulders before a long car ride.

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
Headband - Vintage (it counts as vintage if I've owned it since the 5th grade, right??)
Sunglasses - THE COBRASHOP
Paisley kimono - Billabong, PACSUN
Tangerine dress - Lola Blanc's frock swap
Racer boots - PINK & PEPPER

I'm trying to stop myself from gushing all CRAZY on you guys about these boots, but they're the first pair of knee-high racer/riding boots I've owned that I genuinely adore at every angle. The zipper in the back is accented with tribal print and the sides are adorned with equestrian buckle straps. Everything I could ever want in a shoe is here -- practicality (GREAT for walking,) longevity (sturdy heel,) matchability (not a word but should be.) These kickers look amazing with outfits of ALL themes, and that's not just because they make my thighs look divine. They're genuinely flexible. Of course, they're a product of Pink & Pepper, new favorite shoe brand that will be making MANY more appearances on FTBH these next couple months. Check out the rest of their selection on DSW or place an order for the boots I'm wearing right here!

Everything is infinite,

Bebe Zeva

  12. The only thing you could change are your make-up and boots.
I think that your eyes are overloaded with black and a simple thick line with a bit of craziness only from time to time would be much better.
And about does boots- there is something in them that I don't like. Probably because they are to long, of course in my opinion. But to loose materials and fridges won't less heavy shoes work better? Or maybe only szorter ones?
Except that- great, as always! ;*

  13. I like the look! Loosing fitting clothes in the hot summer is always a plus! Im from Texas so I understand what you are going through! Love the kimono you through over it too! I know you were hot with them boots on but it matches the outfit! The sacrifices one makes for fashion!

  16. the fringing in the back of that kimono nearly killed me out of fashion orgasm. Also - I didn't initially like the shoes until that back shot where I realized they had PRINTS on the back. Suddenly I understood.

  26. The hippie look is alright by me this summer. I hate having to wrap up with heavy clothing in the cold months and as far as I am concerned summer is all about letting it hang out.
When the sun is shining I live in my sandals and a dress like that would go perfectly with my summer look I think. Here's to love, peace and putting flowers in our hair
