This past weekend I was blessed to have been graced by the presences of fellow fashion bloggers Bobby Raffin, Bethany Struble, and Peter Adrian, who took a road trip to Vegas from Canada and LA! We bonded instantaneously at Caesars Palace about similar experiences in everything, from fashion blogging to thrifting to being a part of the Lookbook community and all the little details in between. I nearly fell in a fountain at the Paris hotel laughing so hard at Bobby's nearly psychic tendencies... our energies were so rhythmically intertwined that it was borderline suspicious. Bethany was (is) even more beautiful in person than online (that's an imperceptibly grand amount of gorgeosity goin' on). Me and her hair have had a secret internet love affair for the past six months or so but SHHH don't tell... As for Peter, where do I begin?? The instant he slapped a Hot N Spicy McChicken sandwich between two McDouble patties at McDonalds and created my all-time favorite burger on Earth (a little something I've dubbed 'The McDeathwish' that the rest of the world deems a 'McGangBang') I knew were careening through the universe on the same wavelength. I had the time of my life with these style savants and I can't wait to share the ins and outs of our adventures with you!! Here's a photoshoot Bobby, Bethany, and I did on Friday!

BLUE VELVET

I'm back! After a week of final exams, I can finally re-devote my time to garnering inspiration and channeling it into blogging. Last night I went out for a very belated birthday dinner with my family, followed by a shopping excursion at the Wynn, and a late night viewing of Woody Allen's new film, Midnight in Paris. My outfit was largely influenced by Mayo of Mellow Mayoness, a personal favorite style blog from Hong Kong. This particular get-up features a palette of deep blues and purples; a toast to my conscious effort to shy away from wearing black on black at every opportunity!
